Why limits and minimums?

As a small family farm we implement sustainable farming techniques on our farm, ensuring that we utilize the entire animal for meat, rather than focusing solely on specific cuts. We make sure there is no waste. Minimizing waste involves utilizing every part of the animal, not just the choice cuts. While our chicken breasts, premium steaks, and eggs are popular choices, we also offer a variety of other cuts that need to be sold before we can restock. To manage inventory effectively and prevent freezer overflow, we require minimum orders for less commonly purchased cuts as part of certain packages.
